How to block File Sharing for one or more IP Addresses in Windows

The following list is derived to the official Microsoft Windows Language Identifier Constants and Strings, which - unfortunately - does not contain the LCID in decimal format for each locale, which can be very useful since it's the format currently used in most Windows resource-related folders.

In computing, a locale it's basically a set of parameters that defines the user's language, region and any special variant preferences that the user wants to see in their user interface. Usually a locale identifier consists of at least a language code and a country/region code: therefore, a locale is neither a language nor a country, but a synthesis of both.

IMPORTANT: Code page is an outdated method for character encoding, yet it is still in use (and might be a lifesafer for older software systems, frameworks and tools): the best practice nowadays is to use 16 bit character set of Unicode.
